Is your jewelry real gold?+
Yes. Every Luxora piece is authentic 14K solid gold — never plated, never filled. Each item is stamped and verified before it ships.
What does 14K solid gold mean?+
14K solid gold is an alloy of 58.5% pure gold mixed with other metals for durability. It's the ideal balance of warmth, strength, and value for pieces meant to be worn every day.
Will my jewelry tarnish?+
Solid gold does not tarnish. With basic care, your Luxora piece will look as beautiful in ten years as it does today.
Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?+
We currently ship anywhere in the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
How long does shipping take?+
Orders are packed within 48 hours and delivered in 3–5 business days via insured, tracked shipping. Complimentary shipping on orders over $150.
Do I need to sign for delivery?+
Orders over $500 require a signature. You'll receive tracking and delivery updates by email.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure payment processor. Flexible installment options are available at checkout.
Is checkout secure?+
Yes. All payments are encrypted and processed through PCI-compliant payment providers. We never see or store your card details.
Returns & Care
What is your return policy?+
We offer 14-day easy returns on all non-personalized pieces. One-of-a-kind and engraved items are final sale. Pieces must be unworn and in original packaging.
How do I care for my Luxora piece?+
Store separately in the pouch provided. Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising. Polish gently with a soft cloth. Avoid contact with perfume and lotions.
Do you offer repairs?+
Yes. If your piece needs attention within the first year, contact us — we'll take care of it.

Who curates the pieces?+
Every piece is personally chosen by our founder, Emely. She reviews weight, finish, and craftsmanship before any piece joins the collection.
Do you make custom pieces?+
For select clients, yes. Reach out via WhatsApp or email to discuss a custom or personalized piece.
How often do you release new pieces?+
We release new pieces in small drops, often just a handful at a time. Some are truly one-of-a-kind. Join the list to be notified first.
